Ford Philippines Accelerates into 2025 with New Leadership and Innovative Milestones. | Monchster Chronicles

In 2024, Ford Philippines demonstrated its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction through the introduction of several new vehicles and service initiatives. In May, the company expanded its lineup with the launch of the All-New Mustang, available in 5.0L GT Premium Fastback and 2.3L EcoBoost® Premium Fastback variants, and the All-New Bronco Outer Banks variant with the Sasquatch Package, combining iconic design with advanced off-roading capabilities. Additionally, Ford introduced the Next-Generation Ford Territory Sport, a 5-seater SUV featuring a 1.5L EcoBoost engine, catering to families and urban drivers seeking a balance between performance and practicality.


To enhance the ownership experience, Ford Philippines launched the Ford Signature 2025 dealership design, focusing on creating a more engaging and customer-centric retail environment. The company also established a new Learning Center to provide high-quality training for dealer technicians and sales personnel, ensuring exceptional service and support. Looking ahead, Ford announced plans to introduce electrified models to the country in 2025, aligning with the global shift towards sustainable mobility and reflecting the brand’s dedication to providing innovative and eco-friendly transportation solutions.


In leadership developments, Ford Motor Company appointed Pedro Simoes as Managing Director of Ford Group Philippines, effective December 1, 2024. Simoes, who previously served as Marketing, Commercial Vehicle, and Fleet Director for Ford Middle East, brings extensive experience in leading and growing businesses. He succeeds Michael “Mike” Breen, who will be returning to the United States. Simoes will be responsible for driving Ford’s continued growth in the Philippines, enhancing the ownership and aftersales experience, and fostering strong relationships with dealer partners to better serve customers.  (!)
