Cabuyao, Laguna — EEMI Fleet Management Inc. (EEMI), in collaboration with Assemblepoint Inc., has officially signed an agreement to provide electric bus (e-bus) shuttle services at the Light Industrial Science Park I (LISP I), located in Cabuyao, Laguna. The project will operate under a leasing program, designed to support the daily transportation needs of employees across the sprawling industrial estate.

The five-year contract was awarded by the ICCP Group, which manages and coordinates services for over 90 locators within LISP I. As part of this agreement, EEMI will serve as the official fleet service provider, deploying modern, environmentally friendly electric buses that aim to reduce carbon emissions while offering reliable and efficient transportation for industrial workers.

EEMI brings its experience in sustainable fleet operations to this initiative, ensuring that the shuttle services will run using the latest in electric vehicle (EV) technology, while Assemblepoint Inc. will provide technical and operational support in line with its expertise in EV integration and leasing.

The electric bus leasing program aligns with broader green transportation goals and showcases how public-private collaboration can drive innovation and sustainability in the country’s industrial sector. With more than 90 companies benefiting from this shuttle system, the partnership is expected to serve as a model for similar eco-conscious transport initiatives across the Philippines.

The deployment of the electric buses is set to begin in the coming months, with routes and schedules optimized to meet the workforce demands of LISP I’s various tenant companies.
