Ford Philippines announced the winners of the 24th Henry Ford Awards (HFA) during a grand ceremony held at Whitespace Manila in Makati City. With the theme “Black and White”, the event recognized the outstanding contributions of automotive journalists who have chronicled the industry’s important events, trends and issues, putting them on ‘black and white’, marking an important impact to the Filipino motoring public.
One of the highlights of next year’s 25th Henry Ford Awards is the presentation of the Butch Gamboa Lifetime Achievement Award'
Ford Philippines also announced the Butch Gamboa Lifetime Achievement Award which will be presented to one (1) Filipino motoring journalist who has made a significant impact among his or her peers, colleagues, brand leaders, and the industry in general with his or her profound work in automotive journalism, recognizing the legacy of Philippine motoring journalism icon Butch Gamboa†. The journalist will be honored in 2026 at the HFA’s milestone 25th anniversary.
The distinguished panel of judges composed of esteemed professionals in the academe and various industries went through over 200 entries to select this year’s thirteen (13) winners under the Industry Category and Ford Category. From the tally of wins, the Automotive Journalist of the Year and Automotive Outlet of the Year were determined.

Top Gear Philippines clinched the Automotive Outlet of the Year award after bagging four (4) wins. Carlo Chungunco was named Automotive Journalist of the Year with two (2) awards won.
