Mirage G4'S Throwback Rollback Promo Ends Soon || Monchster Chronicles

As we near the Christmas festivities, one can’t help but reminisce about memorable celebrations. Family gatherings, reunions, and significant milestones are a few to mention. Despite the challenging times and how this year’s Christmas holiday would be very different, we are sure that the resiliency and optimistic characteristics of the Filipino will always prevail. We will always find a reason to smile and celebrate.

Seven years ago, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation, the exclusive distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in the country, made headlines in October by bringing in the Mirage G4 – the sedan version of the well-revered Mirage hatchback, providing extra practicality in the form of a trunk.

The Mirage G4 has become an instant hit to Filipinos due to its solid design and practicality as a small sedan. It has become a top choice among first-time car buyers with its affordable price tag, which had an introductory price of P538, 000 when it was launched.

Fast forward to today, MMPC extends its Mitsubishi ROLLBACK promo that offers the reliable Mitsubishi Mirage G4 GLX MT at a very affordable price of Php 528,000. Php 10,000 lower than its introductory price.

No-nonsense design

The Mirage G4 comes with an honest take on sedan design and more. No matter which variant you buy, the Mirage G4 is equipped with a set of 15-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 185/55 R15 tires, with the GLS variant getting a dark-chromed set.

The Mirage G4 comes with welcome lights that illuminate the front/rear position lights and the room lamp for 30 seconds. This makes the car easier to spot in a parking lot, especially at night. It’s also equipped with coming home lights that keep the headlights on for 60 seconds even after shutting down the engine, illuminating your path as you enter the house.

Practical interior

Despite its size, the Mirage G4 comes with a spacious interior that can comfortably seat up to five adults. With an elevated position at the back, the Mirage G4 is just right for the average Filipino height with ample headroom and legroom. Plus, the trunk offers 450 liters of space, one of the biggest in its class.

The Mirage G4 also employs an easy-to-use dashboard, with a 2-DIN Bluetooth and iPod-ready head unit for the GLX and a 6.75-inch touchscreen infotainment for the GLS trim. The bright and well-lit screen also serves as the display for GPS navigation. The GLS trim is also among the first mainstream cars in the Philippines to be equipped with a push-start button and keyless entry/exit.

Tried-and-true fuel efficiency

The Mirage G4’s 1.2-liter gasoline engine is equipped with the Mitsubishi Innovative Valve-timing Electronic Control (MIVEC) system, which adjusts the timing of the intake camshafts for optimal performance across the RPM range. Combined with its lightweight body and aerodynamic design, the Mirage G4 can yield up to 23.1 km/L – a needed trait for those looking to save on fuel money.

Impressive on-road performance

The combination of a small engine and a tight turning radius makes the Mirage G4 at home in the city. It delivers power as needed when you need it, plus the light steering makes it a joy to maneuver even in tight spaces.

Out in the open roads, the Mirage G4 provides a satisfactory performance even when hovering around legal speeds.

Award-winning safety

The Mirage G4 was awarded by the ASEAN-NCAP with Grand Prix Award for Adult Occupancy Protection in the Mini Car category. Equipped with dual airbags and ABS with EBD, Mitsubishi ensures that each drive is worry-free.

In case of accidents, Mitsubishi’s Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution (RISE) body also ensures that each occupant will be safe from harm, effectively absorbing and dispersing the crash impact from all directions.
